In this episode, Leslie tells us all about pelvic yoga and how it differs from 'regular' yoga. She shares proper breathing technique and posture for all bodies, suggests yoga postures specifically for people with hypertonic pelvic floors and gives us a laugh talking about tail. Leslie is based in Oakland, California and pre-pandemic also offered her workshops around the world. I was a student in her 20-hour pelvic floor yoga teacher training in 2019.
